1. Nature of Services NodensCare provides medical consultancy, clinical coordination, and patient advocacy services in Istanbul, Türkiye. We facilitate access to JCI-accredited medical facilities and board-certified surgical professors. NodensCare is a consultancy firm and does not perform medical procedures directly.

2. Consultation & Coordination Fees

• Service Fee: Payments made for remote clinical assessments, diagnostic reviews, and coordination services are for the professional time and expertise of our consultants.

• Non-Refundability: Once a clinical file has been reviewed by a specialist or a treatment plan has been finalized, the consultancy fee is considered fully earned and non-refundable.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Notice Requirement: Patients must provide at least 14 days' notice for rescheduling or cancellation of coordination services.

• Deposits: Deposits required for hospital theater booking or surgeon scheduling are subject to the specific refund policies of the partner medical institution. NodensCare will assist the patient in recovering eligible funds per the hospital's specific terms.

4. Medical Liability Disclaimer NodensCare acts as an intermediary clinical advocate. All medical liability, surgical outcomes, and post-operative care responsibilities rest solely with the performing surgeon and the medical institution where the procedure occurs. Patients must sign an "Informed Consent" form directly with the medical provider prior to treatment.
